Franklin County tract lists

New for 2027 (not a 2018 zone)
Carried over (2018 zone still designated, or its 2020 split)
2018 zones not renewed (2010 tract numbers)

Carried-over vs new is matched on the base tract number because the 2018 list uses 2010 tracts and the 2026 list uses 2020 tracts; tracts that were split in 2020 (for example 4300 into 4301 and 4302, 5000 into 5001 and 5002) are counted as carried over when any piece was designated. Tax treatment of existing investments in 2018 zones, and the transition rules between the two programs, are for Deloitte to confirm.

Built from the CDFI Fund designated-QOZ list posted 11/5/2026. Site pins are geocoded addresses, not parcel boundaries; a large site can straddle a tract line.
